On the mend

4.26.2012

The little princess has been under the weather for a little while.

Last week, she had to miss dance and therapy.

Although she's not 100%, she's definitely better.

And that's a good thing because she has swim lessons next week.

This year, she'll be doing a week or two of refresher lessons.
She's already doing all the skills she needs to.  So I don't think she'll need many lessons.
I'm impressed with how much she remembers; she's quite comfortable in the water, too.

Yesterday at dance, the girls tried on their costumes and did a run through for their ballet number.
Oh my!  They were so stinkin' cute!
It seems I'll have to let Madeline wear her costume a bit, so it won't be such a distraction during the recital. lol.
Just over a month away.  We're so excited.

Oh poor baby girl :-( Glad she's starting to feel better, being sick is absolutely no fun! We've certainly had our share of that!

Sorry to hear that Madeline was under the weather. We sure missed you guys at the playground last night. Hopefully next week everything will work out for another play date!

Poor sweatheart! You can see it in her eyes. Hoping she bounces back soon. Can't wait until that recital!

So sorry she wasn't feeling well. I can't wait to see her this weekend and give her some TLC!

Glad to hear that she is starting to feel better. Oh you better just get use to the fact that they never out grow the excitment of the new costume. Ansley, my almost 10year old still has to try hers on 10 million times before the recital. I can't wait to see pictures of her in the costume.

About This Blog

This blog is a place where we have shared our lives with family and friends while we waited to bring our daughter, Madeline, home from China and while we actually traveled to China for her. It is also a place where we will continue to share our life experiences, as we try to glorify God and raise our two precious dumplings from China.

And now we wait to bring Havi home from China.
